An employee I work with always has outbursts towards other associates.For some reason that we can not fathom, she is always just told to stop.
Never has faced a single consequence. She usually does this in front of customers. She has screamed at us, threatened certain people, she even told one associate that they made her want to bring a fun and shoot people! All the store manager did was tell her she can't say that.
Recently she screamed at me, threatened me then called me a *** fat ***.
Once again, nothing happened to her.What does it take to get fired at PetSmart?!
