Made appointment for my toy poodle to get groom and then the say they couldn't cut him, to take him to a vetanary to get groom and then bring him back after he's been cut, it was a waste of time and money when they are suppose to be professional, you have 3 groomer and neither one can cut dog hair, and got the nerve to tell me to go to a vetanary,so i took my dog to another one in and they did a good job with no hassle. Some one need to fired those maybe wanted groomers , they are lazy people,who just there for a pay check 30ff47d
