PetSmart - Petsmart Does Not Correct Its Mistakes

The manager who got the flea medicine out for us grabbed medicine for instead of !.It went right into the bag which went into our closet until the date we needed to use it".

Now it's only a after the 14 week period, we don't still have the receipt, and they refused to exchange the dog medicine with cat medicine|. We have never owned a dog! They treated my fiance like a criminal looking to scam them'. Eventually they had to send the request to 'corporate' which could take up to a week".

Meanwhile our animals are without their medicine". Talk about friendly service and putting the customer first! We were expecting a friendly, quick righting of THEIR wrong|.

That is not too much to ask:.Don't shop at Petsmart. 3166c62

They need the receipt for medicine returns, cause that is a common items to steal and return. It wasn't anything against you. If you paid with a credit card within a 2 week period they can look it up in the store.

It is a policy to have receipt for flea and tick items. It's on the back of the receipt. Plus loss prevention looks at those type of returns and so we have to contact our customer service to look up the receipt.

Please don't use it on your cats! It can kill them! Maybe you should go to another PS and see if you get a more caring mgr to help you with the exchange.
