Asked for a specific groomer and time, only to arrive and be given a beginner groomer that needed some work.UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!
Given excuses by both grooming and store managers. Upon arrival my new groomer was not even there, I was 10mins late myself. I was told the original groomer I had requested could do my dog but she would have been there five hours when normally I get her back in two hours, again UNACCEPTABLE !!! Was told they were very busy in the grooming only to get more pissed off because there was no one doing any work except the guy I requested, everyone else was just walking around in the store.
No one even offered to say let me introduce you to another groomer and maybe I could use them, offer a concern, offer a maybe discount to come back later, SOMETHING, All I got was I really just do not care.
I have spent a lot of money in that store with dog training and just entered in to advance private training, only used one hour so far, I called and cancelled my training due to I will not step foot back in that store and the manager offered NOTHING, like whatever, who cares Petsmart needs to train there people on how to treat People and customer service.Now I know why I have seen them slap around the dogs in grooming, they just DO NOT CARE !!!!!! 30aff73
