Pets and More - I was sold broken dog

we bought a terrier puppy from pets and more in Sycamore Illinois and we took him home and we noticed that he was defecating in his sleep so I took him to a vet and the vet said that there was nurologic damage I contacted the owner of the store and he informed me that he would refund I purchase price only if we kept the dog so we did jack is a sweet little dog and we will have to change his diapers for the rest of his life but he's still asleep puppy my complaint is he shouldn't have been sold in the first place 2fc5b4a

most puppies found in pets stores are from puppy mills...you should have gone to the humane society they have lots of great puppies and dogs that need good homes. That being said I would suggest you contact your local news station I'm sure they would love to do a story on these pet stores that get their puppies from puppy mills it would be a good warning to others and possibly save them money and the heartache.

What do you think would happen to the "sweet puppy" if the place hadn't sold him?? At least the mutt is with a good family now. Isn't that what counts?

As for the business selling a defective animal, the conditions at these pet shops are more often than not, quite terrible. Pity the poor animals. Keep your dog and take good care of him.
