Last week I thought I purchased the petsafe wireless fence from petco with the help of a .When of arrival didn't post to my email I called the 800 number and was told by Fran #05831 that I didn't finalize the purchase if I wanted to purchase it I would have to pay the regular price.

18 minutes waiting for a supervisor May Damael # 117961 picked up and basically didn't help or honor the sale price....and I could hear staff laughing in the background. Crazy!!!! It's great that I can buy from so many different stores.

PetCo you loose...$300.00 for asking me for $22.00 more.***!!! 3102a89

This story is ***! And why is it necessary to post how much money you spend there. It just makes you look tacky, and it is just a drop in the bucket. The company overall makes millions every year. Take your 300 dollars and shove it!

Petco has a program in place to assure the highest level of customer service...every employee may not be perfect but it is company policy to make the customer happy. They certainly rectify their own mistakes. Your post is a lie.
