Glasses were not ready on time.While I understand that things happen, the manager was quite abrupt and rude about it stating they were understaffed and at times fall behind.
Well, they certainly had MORE then enough sales staff, most of whom were doing nothing. Not enough staff to make the glasses but sales people galore. That seems to be bad business to me. Is Pearl more (only) concerned with selling then actually servicing the customer?
What good is selling if you cannot deliver the item? That smells of greed and poor customer service. Perhaps Pearl needs to review it customer service and production policies! Not certain if I will return to Pearl but if I do, it will not be at this location.
