I wanted to pay for an item on Ebay and PayPal had used an expired credit card that was suppose to be deleted off my account and didn't show up.Next I get an email stating my item wasn't paid for and my PayPal account locked.
I then had to pay by an echeck which took 5 business days for them to process. I explained to the customer service rep what had happened and why my card was not deleted, he said it was my fault and not theirs. He argued with me for ten minutes, I finally hung up.

I am using their "service" (it might be better to say GOUGE) to make and receive Ebay payments. Well Ebay owns this disorganized outfit anyway.
To make a long story short Paypal put a hold on my account because they said they couldn't verify my identity - I tried to comply with their policy. The problem is that I am expecting payments so this really damages my auction business. I have sent repeated emails with no response - other than the automated email which seemed to misdirect me every time. Finally I called the customer service and was promised a remedy that was 4 days ago and I am no closer to getting help than I was at the start- The Paypal customer service is nonexistant- They DONT need to act professionally - they hold me hostage at Ebay. If I don't use them - I can't use Ebay. I deserve damges due to lost business.

But you can also pay by credit card if your paypal account is empty.

Any ideas on how I could receive auction payments other
than "PAY ...no pal of mine" ? jm
