I went to do a return and my husband paid with his debit card and he went out of town.for 1 month and I explained the.manager I.asked.him.nicely if I.could get cash back.and he said NO I said please and.he.said.no.again sorry payless you lost a frequent customer I am never going back this store is In Los Angeles western and Venice his name is name is Mario I believe there was a women before that was more polite to the customers!
