Partsgeek - Worst Customer Service Ever

First, I wish I had seen all the negative views before ever ordering from PartsGeek. I ordered over $300 worth of parts and paid for a 2 day expedite, the main part was improperly advertised (color) and have spent the last week receiving run-around canned customer service response messages, only to eventually get an RMA and they expect me to pay for the return shipment and refuse to reimburse me for the 2 day expedite cost, all because of their mistake and incorrect advertising of the actual part. This is the last time I will do business with PartsGeek, mostly due to their lack of customer response 30e5eca
