Paniko Lawrence formerly of AMA who was banned from providing in China due to his unethical behavior including fraud and ripping clients off as now emerged in Dubai working for the Elite .Lawrence is undoubtably the person responsible for giving advisers a bad name in Shanghai.
He was fired from AMA group for misconduct and took up a position with Elite Investment Group in Shanghai but was unable to practice there, the international life offices refused to take any further business from Elite if he remained in China. EIG have since opened in Dubai with Lawrence at the . BE WARNED IF YOU ARE APPROACHED BY HIM OR ELITE RUN A MILE.

Panicko Lawrence very helpful, honest and reliable and I continued to do business with him. I have no hesitation in recommending Panicko to anyone who would like advice in
Wealth Management as he is a professional.

Panicko is an honest and reliable person who was very helpful when I wanted advice on how to invest my inherited income.
I have recommended Panicko to other friends who were pleased with the advice they were given and will continue to recommend him to other people that may need advice on investment.

I cannot comment on why he went to Dubai, but I do know that him leaving AMA caused a lot of upset and that they tried to create a legal action against him.
Why would an employer 'sack' someone and then go after compensation for loss of earnings? it makes more sense that he left, for whatever reason, and then AMA tried to stop him form working further in China.
Sounds to me more like the actions of disgruntled draconian employer rather than a disgruntled employee...
