SErvice horrible. Staff eating food. Hygene terrible!. Complained thru Panera site: told due to large number of complaints it would take a while". Still waiting:. SHOCKING

How can you prove that the hygiene is terrible? Why is it bad for the employees to eat the food? Did you try complaining to the local manager? However, just because you don't think the place is being ran properly, doesn't mean that you are right. Health inspectors do inspect any place that handles any kind of food on a regular basis and if any violations are found, they are given a certain amount of time to correct the situation. From what I understand some of the inspections are done unannounced. Basically you sound like a chronic complainer.
