Panda Express - employee stole wife's purse and manager wouldn't reveiw the tapes

My Wife forgot her purse at the Woodstock GA branch on Highway 92.we went back to pick it up and apparently it was found then they put it in their locker room, and one of your employees stole it.

I asked the manager Richard to review the security tape and he refused because he said there is no time!! he prefers to have a thief for an employee rather than bother to get us back the purse with all its contents and hopefully the thief employee would get what they deserve. Your manager is unprofessional and is just an employee who gets paid to be there, not someone that will make this company better. he basically told me I don't have time to waste on this and I better run the store.

Your company will suffer from such behavior and especially if you tolerate it. You will hear from me again through proper authorities.

I have contacted the police department and will pursue this to the courts and Media. 30a41e9

If your wife left her purse.She could not have had anything in the purse worth anything because people with thing's such as MONEY alway's keep up with their PURSE.Your wife is a *** and So are you Sir.

I know I come off as a complete and total psycho which is why I am a lonely hag and nothing better to do than search pissed consumer and trash talk the consumers that complain on this website. As you can see I am incapable of understanding the purpose of this website per my only complaint that has nothing to do with businesses but to do with my intolerance of others right to complain as consumers. I should do you all a favor and blow off what little brains I have left. I realize I am a pathetic old hag with no one to love or care for me and that is why I feel a need to attack everyone and anyone I possibly can on this website.

to answer your questions, I know this from the employee who put the purse there. she said she put it there herself, and is amazed that it is not there anymore. and since only employees can go behind the desk, and open a closet underneath the cashier, then it is an employee for sure. and it was confirmed by the manager himself.

Ahhh, the good old 'you must work there' routine. Why the *** would you ask me if I work there? And if the manager would not view the tapes, then why would he tell you anything? I call this whole complaint ***.

Unfortunately this seems to happen a lot nowadays with the bad economy, lots of dishonesty and theft. what is even worse are the internet hooligans that work for these crappy companies that keep posting *** stuff against negative comments. they are not smart to have such kids write such ***. when someone forgets their belongings yes, that is their resposibility, but when an employee is honest enough to say she got and put it under the counter. then she is honest but the other one who stole should be punished for it, and its nothing against that chain, but against that branch and its manager....regardless of the *** that write against you, you have every right here

If your wife left it , that is her fault. No one knows who took it and showing you tapes is a liabilty problem. It is gone accpt it and get on with your life.

Did you see an employee steal it? How do you know where the purse is? Simply put, the cops will do nothing since your wife LEFT it. Maybe your wife should take better care of her belongings.
