I sold six houses, SIX!to a land developer.

Asked what my commission would be and they said I would just get acknowledgment for job well done. Had a retired nurse working same location complaining about her kids college fund, she "literally" wallked a gentlman less than 50 yards away to the main plant, and they cut her a check for 15k! Next day she drove up in a brand new SUV.

Manager "M.S" stole deals from associates, not too mention the unethical, immoral behavior that went on between "married" people inside the homes themselves!Oh, "M.S" and the other manager weren't married to each other. 2fd02b3

Its called commissin, when you work and sell. You make a contract before that is binding now days because there are, so many money hungry crooks. People do not have morals anymore. Without an oral agreement or paper contract its wide open. Take the S.Ob"s to court! I personally like Tx. justice myself on some issues. Last resort, get a sign and walk out in front of the establishement and complain and tell everything you know, first amendment right! It works, we do it and do not have to in this town anymore because people know whats coming!!
