Outback Steakhouse - Negligence and wrongful business

Monetary Loss
$3900

On Feb 5 2013, i was driving down I-85 Georgia, on my way to North Carolina to pick up a Horse i just purchased. and around 7:30-8pm my family and i decided it was time for dinner. so we noticed a few resturants in front of us. and Outback is one of our favorites, so we pulled into the parking lot, although it was quite full and we were in a F350 dually truck pulling a - we found a nice parking spot (in the back of Outback parking lot) right under a very bright light. so we stopped. i made sure i always locked the truck. we were going to go see a few horses. so my 2 kids brought their brand new laptop computers to entertain them on the trip, and my wife brought her brand new ASUS tablet computer to take pictures for her new computer, along with our typical . we got out of the truck. made sure all items were not in plain sight, and covered up. locked doors. and proceeded into the resturant. we were pleased to be seated right away. service was excellent as always. we spent over $90 in the resturant. my complaint is. as soon as we got back out to the truck- we noticed that we had been robbed, someone broke into the truck and stole everything. needless to say i was pretty mad. but NOT nearly as mad as i soon would become!.
i walked back into the resturant, to ask if the parking lot had cameras". explained that i was robbed;. the lady that seats everyone was very helpful with making a phone call to local police dept, then a few of the management team walked out to the truck;. where i learned that this is a ongoing problem, in fact the says she had been working there for 3 weeks, and this was the 3rd break in, seemed to be a every week event". and after filing a report, learned from the officer that this happens at this resturant all the time, almost always in the same lighted parking spots,. (so it would have been easy to have a camera monitoring system) needless to say im frustrated that Outback is more concerned with making their money on the inside of the resturant, and is not concerned with their customers safety on the outside of the resturant/. this shows Major Negligence on Outback'. it wouldnt cost them much money out of the business profits, to put up a few parking lot cameras and signs. or a retired security person. to move these theives onto an alternate area. and Outback show a little safety concern for their customers whom wish to stop at their resturants and spend hard earned money, to stop and eat at Outback, heck even walmarts have cameras in their entire parking lot.
this stop i made at Outback not only cost me the $90 i spent on the inside of the resturant, but 3 computers,a Nikon camera,a 22cal pistol, and a few small items.
im going to post this complaint to Outback Resturant corp. and see how they handle this . if i am not completly satisfied. then i will contact BBB, and then the local TV station, and then proceed to file a lawsuit. i will advertise for anyone else that has experienced the same problem as i did to contact me and join into my lawsuit. and i will contact the Suwannee police dept to get records of this ongoing problem to show proof to my argument lawsuit/ my argument is Negligence on Outback. this is an ongoing problem with this location. and they should have addressed it by now, so their loyal outback customers. or any outback customers can feel safe about eating in their resturants,
its not fair that we be vandilzed and robbed, while trying to enjoy a nice family dinner eating at a respected food chain such as Outback. needless to say i am VERY aggrivated, i am a very loyal customer, my entire family is. and i will wait to see if Outback corrects this Negligent problem that i experienced. before i decide not to ever eat there again, and go public. warning everyone that Outback cares about the inside dollar. not the customer. and their safety. which would harm thier reputation quite so. 315f79a
