Outback Steakhouse - Curbside omitted half the order

I ordered on January 19, 2013 at 6pm at Outback Steakhouse restaurant.After I got home, we were missing four sides, and fries, drinks and toppings and to top it off the ribs were burnt.

I called immediately and was put on hold for 5 minutes, then they told me the manager was too busy to talk to me.

This is about the third time we have ordered something from and found something missing.I'm not sure how to address this situation, since we enjoy outback food, but their service is horrible and now we are without food. 31118ec

Did you ever stop to think that you should check your order when it is brought out to your car? I guess I don't understand why if you have been unhappy with them, why do you keep going back?
