I understand I am behind and I have been trying to get back on track.The reason for the late payment is due to work hours reduced.

Instead of working with me they demand the payment in full. I know they are only doing their job but call excessive doesn't resolve the issue. The phone people are rude and really don't give a *** about your situation. Yes, they are a company that help those with less than perfect credit.
