I called you again but I am getting a busy tone. I did check your reservation and I am showing here that the refund was just completely processed on December 24. An email was also sent by our refund department that same day to advise you of the status. A refund for a total of $1132.34 was processed and will be posted to your account within 14 days from December 24.
