This woman, Sanabel Billan, stole our money by means of lying and inspiring confidence.She and her employees, Spiro Vharghase and Harlam (i dont know his last name) stole $550 from us by means of false promises.

They are guilty of price gauging and unfair business practices. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Their website is crummy and the "professional photos" they take are the worst photos I've ever seen. She compliments each person as if they're so special and milks them for all they've got.

DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH ONE SOURCE TALENT.She is a cheat and you must never trust them. 38aed83

Sanabel Billan is a con so is her father Samir Billan. He has judgments from multiple plaintiffs against him and has been on the loose since years. The entire family are a landlord's tale of nightmare. Samir Billan promptly defaults on any lease he signes. When moving out they took everything with them. They stole the air conditioning and the copper lining that went with it. In the attic there was garbage stored because this guy didn't pay his garbage fees. The garbage rotted and maggots formed. Good luck getting your money back.
