Purchased A Cross Trainer with 5 year warranty!.Used it once/.
After spending over an hour with a girl who sounded like she was in high school try to troubleshoot the problem, and after two weeks of ridiculous "someone will contact you within 3 days" the guy said he couldn't fix it because it was missing snaprings?. Main guy who only knew how to say "will call within 3 days" had no personality and sounded like he would rather be somewhere else!. I felt like I should apologize to him for taking up his time|. Service guy was just as bad!.
When I told him I would just return it to Sears before the 30 days was up, he said, "Okay" and left?. This company has serious issues..
I've already advised everyone I know not to buy Nordic Track.Ever. 38b43ef
