I purchased my incline trainer 12/28/12.It was delivered 1/21/13.

I had it for five days and the console stopped working. I called and was told I would receive a new one the following week. I never did and called back. The rep told me it was never sent out and not available.

Essentially, I now have a useless piece of equipment in my house. I had read the reviews on this site and didn't believe it. I tried to leave a review on the website, but it won't let you- my guess is because it is a poor review.

If you read this, don't buy nordic track. 315190e

You might want to dispute the charge with your credit card company, assuming you paid with a credit card. If with a debit card, you are probably out of luck.
