I am a fair-minded person, so I will not yet make this a complain, buther a plea.Four over four days, our family has been attempting to purchase a specific breed from a(provider??/ReP///).

Although we were told we would be "adopting"-free to good home-our Pet we were informed the TOTAL SHIPPING FEE would be $850.00, and that the Puppy would be delivered "first thing in the morning". The next contact with us stated that "unexpected airline pet shipping costs) would require an additional $170.00. Again, the Puppy will be shipped in the morning...........no Flight Numbers, Airlane Name, etc.....were provided after my pleading with the "individual" involved to provide such facts, and ANYTHING as a word of encouragement. Our son had a severe stroke two years ago.

His best friend and therapy pal was our Beloved Boxer, who passed away suddenly at age seven....a rare bone blood disease.,The Puppy we have purchased?????is the only thing thatb his mind is focused on---the waiting, changes, and poor follow-ups responses are crushing his "hope" for a new friend----all I'm asking-that's it.............help me save my child's desire to go on by getting to him what we've legally purchase.
