So now after sending my *** over a dozen times because I can't find my social security card they want me to now wait til I recieve that bc the recipt showing that's my number is not good enough I hope this place blow the *** up.

I had used my tax refund money on a net spend card and booked a hotel to go away on vacation.Went to wal mart and I was denied.

Called netspend and they told me I need to send in my ssc I'd and utility bill and that it would be 48 hours for them to take this lift off of my account. Still waiting there customer service suck I have resent the email and fax of 8 times and they tell me they have recieved nothing.

Does this not seem illegal to block someone's account and not allow them access to their money it's not your it's mine.Has anyone had any issues resolved with then because I am outraged! 30e727f

I have been dealing with the same exact thing. I have faxed over my info. numerous times.I have talked to them more times than I can count and they also state they still don't have my documents. My refund of $8600 was deposited on Monday.I used it at wal mart,paid my cable bill and then it was declined at the grocery store. They never should have put a hold on the card.They told me today that it will most likely just get returned to the IRS and I will have to contact them. I have never been so pissed in my life!

Had my card for over a year and never have they ever asked me to verify any information.Got my tax refund put on my card had been using it and all of a sudden I got a text saying something was wrong with my card how about them little bastards locked my card up not allowing me to use it. I spent eight hours on the phone with them seven and a half being put on hold and transfered from one person to another. Sent in all my info they required they sent me a text saying my card was unlocked. Oh how excited I was what a relief. But I should have known that was to good to be true once again them little bastards locked my card again before I was able to get my money off. Oh *** here I go again day two on the phone with nospend after several hours of me negotiating in (my nice quiet voice)I finally got through to them they kept me on hold never came back to phone and all of a sudden I got a text on my phone saying it was unlocked. I jumped up and off to the nearest bank got all my money tore that *** black nosped card up and mailing it back to them. I want all them at nospend to know if you don't do anything else this year make sure all yall kiss my ***. So I take it their company will be going out of business soon. It sad to know that I was encouraging people to get a netspend not nomore.....

Keep calling them and keep talking to them in your I dont give a *** voice give me my money.... I got mine finallly but it took long hours that I didnt have to spend. Never nomore will I get a nospend card.

My friend only had seventy dollars on her card and they locked it . she was pissed about that I can imagine how others are feeling with theirs its way more than she had. Hey everyone I am a spokesperson for RUSHCARD. Go get you one WWW.RUSHCARD.COM

Yeah ....same issue here. Freaking rediculous. Jump through this hoop and this hoop to no avail. No resolution, no end in sight. Activate my card...now!I will NEVER EVER EVER USE NETSPEND AGAIN. I will tell every person I meet or know to never use netspend. I'm so pissed I can't even think straight.The more I read about these soulless crooks the more I fear I may lose this money forever.This will ruin my life as its $9000. I hope these bastards burn in ***. I hope their children get incurable cancer and suffer slow painful demise.seriously I am that pissed.

I am going through this same scenario with these people. They blocked the card on activation of the card through their website. my money was deposited 4 days ago from the IRS, but I cannot access my refund, because of their poor business processes. Customer service is completly useless, cannot provide any updates, or even let me know if one of the 3 faxes ive sent has been recieved. the original 48 hours has passed, working on the second grouping and cant even be let know if i will have to resubmit fax, to wait yet another 48 hours......Im furious about this, went through the process of getting it on a card for convienence, and this is anything but!
