Netspend - netspend took money, as well as identity

Netspend pre paid cards took my 300.00 i loaded on my card i purchased from a local miejer store.When i attempted to activate the card i was informed i was deniedcard service and they kept my money refusing to relinquish my funds.

They then solicited personal information like my ssi number and i now have received emails stating i have purchases from that card i never was able to use.

And loan attempts have been made using my personal info.Action to shut down metabank and netspend needs to take place inorder to stop this fraud committed on their behalf from happening to others. 2fb5216

It sounds like we were unable to verify your information. Due to several regulations, we are required to verify all of our cardholder's identities before activating a card.

Call the FTC's (Federal Trade commission)identity theft hotline at 877-438-4338 and file a complaint.

I did, and all they need are more callers to complain about Netspend and they will be shut down.

So what are you waiting for? This is blatant criminal activity, if what you provide here is true. Instead of whining online, you really should be sitting at a desk at your local police precinct filing a criminal complaint, and I'd also highly advise you to solicit the services of an attorney, because if your identity has actually been stolen and used, you're in for years of reparation. I would highly advise you to get to the police as soon as possible, and on Monday, make a few calls to an attorney you trust who handles such matters. Else, you're in for an uphill battle, the likes you probably have never seen before.
