Netspend - Netspend is the worst by far

I have been a customer of netspend for four years now.I recently made a transaction that was not accepted by the merchant in the amount of 1450.00.
Once the merchant contacted me I contacted Netspend and they said the fastest way to get my funds back is to have the merchant fax documentation stating that the funds would not be taken!. This was done on the 8th and I was told it would be returned in 6 to 8 hours'. Today is the 13 and still nothing,. I've called everyday this week and was told 24 to 48 hours then told 15 days;.
I even put Netspend customer service on a three way call with the merchant who told Metspend that the funds were never taken/. And all the Netspend agent kept saying was we can't do anything until you reverse the transaction'. There was never a transaction bit you wanna tell me you've been working for Netspend for four years,. Obviously no one knows what they are talking about,.
I'm irritated and will call everyday and write and email whoever until I get results.1450.00 is a lot of money to be played with and for me the games are over. 2ff326e
