I filed my taxes w/ Turbo Tax.Which i have done for years.

I Decided to refund my money onto a Netspend Prepaid card. Welp , I see there that was my PROBLEM!. They refused to activate my card until i faxed over my SSN card , Id , & W-2 Forms'. Well i did that and More than 72 hrs have passes and they still wont release my $/.

Was informed after waiting for 20 min on hold 3x;. That they havnt recieved my info?. Ask to speak to the company i faxed my info to and they said they dont have a number for them, only an email! Are you freaking kidding me!!

My info was sent to a company you cant even contact! BULLCRAP!!. I am highly upset :. Im actually on hold while writing this!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NETSPEND! If i had the $ to file a claim against then i would!

same thing has happened to me.My money was deposited on Monday and I paid my cable bill and went to Wal Mart a mile from my house.When I went to the grocery store it was declined. To make a long story short,I have spoken to at least 10 different people there (not one has spoken clear English)I have been lied to numerous times by the supervisors.I faxed my documents on Monday and again on Thur. They still say the don't have them. They refuse to release my money and today they told me it will probably just be returned to the IRS.I have never been so pissed in my life!
