Netspend - Lied to regarding the "great new card/service".

The amount may be minor to some however I purchased a for approximately 30 dollars.I called to activate the card, however when I went to use it, it was declined I called who told me I couldn't get any of MY information then when I finally got through to a person they advised me that every time I use the card I'd be charged 2 dollars.

I only had 25 then, so what'd be the point of using it at all
As soon as I use this . I am snapping it in half and I WILL NEVER EVER deal with this so called business again.

NETSPEND trully sucks.
