Spent over 45 minutes on phone with them on 4 different .Thwy told me that I failed a security question and asked me to fax a copt of my I.D, SSN and 2 different agents assured me that upon doing this my taxes would be deposited even told me hoq much they were and congratulated me.

Then I rush out and fax them everything and they claim that they never received the info even though I have the fax transmision paper and confirmed the number with them!

Anyway neesless to say I am now waiting on a paper check frm the IRS.Here is the rwal I did not even order their card THEY sent it to me No thanks I will Stick with RUSHCARD! 310d0b6
