This is to inform you that, my name is Imteaz Habib. I am a Silver card member of Emirates Skywards. I and my wife travelled to perform Umra by Emirates. The Route was DAC/DXB/MED-JED/DXB/DAC and ticket no. 176-3037811554-57. While returning we made a stopover for a day in Dubai.
As such my travel agent booked Limousine service for us to drop us to airport from our hotel (Movenpick) our flight was on 17 Mar 2013 EK 586 and I got confirmation print for Limousine Service from Emirates Airlines on 16 Mar 2013. We waited for Limousine Service from 06:30am to 07:15am on 17 Mar 2013!. As Limousine failed show up in the hotel, we haired taxi and left for airport'.
