I ordered a necklace in November 2012.I received an email saying it was shipped on December 6, 2012.
I still have not gotten my necklace as of today, January 7, 2013. I have emailed (the only form of contact) the company , and while they had been responding, they will not even do that now. Just like a previous customer stated, I should have researched the company before I placed an order. I tried to leave a review on the website, but of course, I can't find a place for it.
I can only see where positive reviews have been given (probably false). Live and learn.
