I get so sick and tired of my light bill electricity bill going up and I know what I am using every month.Then to top it off my rent increased $ 200.00 in one year I was in the apartments,Then to top it off when you have summitted your meter numbers I dont know if the numbers are being summitted the honest way or not something needs to be done about this complex because at times I feel that I am being robbed.

I have been having the same electric issue at Squires Manor in South Park. I knew that Morgan Properties had to be aware of this issue. I called corporate about it but they never called me back. I've had electric bills go over $270 a month. Landlord told me I didn't know how to use the thermostat. Someone or some group of victim tenants need to sue Morgan Properties. What they're doing is so beyond illegal it's not even funny. Morgan properties is completely aware of the electricity issues and scamming people. It's funny corporate called me back about my dog deposit but when I called and left a message saying my electric bill has been ove 250 for the past two months and this needs to be fixed immediately or I'll break my lease I never got a call back. MP is the Enron of property management companies.

Dear Resident- It is the residents responsibility by the 5th of each month to submit to the leasing office their apartment electric meter reading card based on the electric that they personally use in their apartment. Timberlake then forwards the meter reading directly to National Water and Power who generates the invoice. In checking with NWP, the meter readings that you submitted on November 1 and December 1 are correctly reflected on your invoices.

With reference to your last renewal that was effective November 2, 2012, your rent increase was $28.00 not the $200.00 you mentioned in your complaint. If you have any further concerns please feel free to contact the leasing office 610-275-8760.
