My husband and I bought a phone from here. We got it home to discover that his phone did not hold a charge. I took it back two days later, and was given another battery even though I asked for my money back?. The owner was a very rude fast talker/.
I came back again to the store because the phone was still having problems and was given another battery even though I asked that I be given another phone;. The girl at the counter told me that since I was being given the battery they had to send the phone back to the manufacturer.. I didn't understand why they wouldn't just give me the new phone!. Metro has a policy if you bring back your phone with less than 60 minutes of talk time and within 7 days you may get a full refund no questions asked'.
Not at this store!. First the owner refused to give me a refund three times, then accused me that I had brough the phone back on the 8th day instead of the 7th". I bout the phone on the 9th and the third time I went back to the store was the 16th.7 days.
I was given the run around all day. the corporate office actually told me to report the store to the BBB!!! The owner of the store refused to talk to the customer service members over the phone, he told me that there was nothing he could do and didn't care what they said or thought. He then offered to sell me another phone!
I would not recommend buying a phone from here, not any kind of service. It is well worth the 15 minute drive to go to the coporate store in East Brunswick on route 18. This store ended up helping us out even though it was not their responsibility. I missed so much time off of work trying to get this mess straight. They are very rude, they do not follow company policy, They mark up their products, and their customer service is the worst in the world!!!
