I received a merrick card with limit of $600. I always made payments on time, and always at least 3x's minimum payment. They raised my limit to $1200. Two months later I receive a statement saying my card is cancelled! I called them to ask why since a payment has never been late or missed, they said my credit score decreased. My card was switched over from Plains Commerce to Merrick Bank. I never had a problem with their Plain's web site, mailing payments, or phone payments.
