In Chicago, IL On Interstate 290 Approximately At 5:48am There Was a Really Bad 4 Car Accident Where There Were 4 Ambulance and 6 police cars 2 fire trucks and 3 tow trucks there that prevented cars from So We Were Stuck In Traffic And Couldn't Make it Threw until The Traffic Cleared And People were put in to the ambulance and cars were moved. And we made it to the bus stop at 6:40am and we have no funds to purchase more ticket this was something out of our control please refund my money there from Chicago IL To Memphis, TN Our reservation number was 10/11-1226-0224313-m7-0630-CHI-MEM. 30b2aea

You might stand a better chance of getting a refund if you contact the bus company instead of expecting this site to do it for you. Another way to look at it is to thank your lucky stars you personally weren't involved in the accident and had to be transported by ambulance. All in all this site isn't a refund site.
