On four different occasions I've gone to McDonald and purchase food for myself and family through the drive thru and always end up with the wrong order or being short of what I ordered.I don't understand what the problem is.
whether they're trying to hurry with the order, they're not paying attention or they just don't understand. I find it very frustrating having to drive about 10 minutes away from your house order a meal and get home find out that your order is either short or you someone else's order which does not even worth the money you've paid for. Last night once again at the drive thru!. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal for my mother, I thank God that my mother looked in the bag before I drove away".
I found out that we were served just a few french fries in the box which i can easily estimate as 11 fries.. I went in McDonald spoke to the manager and explained to her that my mother has not even touch the fries yet, and showed her what was served to us?. She apologized, took the box and refill it;. My reason for complaining is because it didn't happen once, twice or three times/.
This is the fourth times?.If the trainees or the managers are not doing a good job training or managing the staffs in order to have repeat and satisfy customer, someone higher needs to step up and have a meeting with them so they can do a better job'.
