McAfee Took from my account after 4 emails to them telling them NOT to under any , what a load of tossers...I will persue this whatever the cost now!!
How many people would just let it go? It was so difficult to get to them anyway they asked for my just to speak to them!! Pratts .. Has anybody out there a way of contacting these people without having to give away your details and the name of your next door neighbours dog??
I would appreciate any help that anyone out there can give me who has already been duped by these guys.How can they be stopped doing this it is just outrageous and no doubt illegal

Yes you do have to disable Real Time Scanning and then your computer is still slow.
My account came up for renewal, I had disabled auto renewal, they took the money. I complained and asked them not to take money without specific instruction, they refunded the money, following day they took it again! I have now asked for it again, we will see....
I will be going elsewhere in the future.
