Bought a dell a year ago was promised 1 yr Mcafee support...never delivered.Found another software and 1 year later, unauthorized, Mcafee took money out of my account through Paypal....now my money is gone and I have a credit with Paypal that I don't need....thieving bastards!!!!!

beware!!!! I made the mistake of buying the product with "automatic " renewal. I purchased this using my Visa card. After my 1 year subscription expired I was sent an e-mail and a letter in the mail indicating that my Visa card had expired and they require me to update my information in order to " keep my computer protected" Well I decided at that time I no longer wanted this product therefore I did not update my information. They still billed my expired card! apperantly they have N agreement with Visa that allows them to update it without my permission. Corporate trickery at its finest!!!!
