In 2011 my FIRST AND LAST TIME i will ever visit Mexico!!I got scammed the first day as soon as we got off the plane by these Mayan Palace employees in the airport. We got suckered to go to Mayan Palace for a presentation that lasted the whole morning with all of their *** lies!!They never said we were buying a timeshare i thought we were making an investment and we could sell it back to the company anytime and if we aren't happy we could cancel our membership at anytime and they never told us about the 5 day period when you could cancel so they flat out lied to us about everything!! Just like all of the other complaints the tactics are the same and we were pressured as well. I'd like to know if there are some other people out there who have been scammed like us and we could join forces and sue Mayan Palace together A class action suit. 304049c

Yes, mayan Palace sales tactics are hardcore and they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you into the contract and keep you in contract with them, but don't blame Mexico for that. Also, you should never buy a timeshare as an investment, timeshares are NOT an investment. Luckyly for you, there's still a way out, here you will find lots of information on what to do now:

htt://www.timesharescam.com/

and next time do a little research about timeshares before buying one

How gullible are you ffs?
You must have 'sucker' written across your face.
"Oh these nice people from mexico saw me get off the plane and want me to follow them from the airport and watch a presentation"
Jesus you're lucky you weren't kidnapped by the cartel.
A fool and his money are soon parted.

It is ALWAYS a timeshare. Have you never gone anywhere before? Seriously, you are the one who should be ashamed. You got off the plane and instead of starting your vacation, you let your greed overrule your common sense.

No one to blame but yourself.

If you don't know the facts, how do you know what happened?

Seriously? The facts are right above your head. If those are not the facts, then you lied. Typical irresponsible response. Only put the facts that make you look like the victim, then claim those who respond do not have all the facts...makes us all wonder WHY you failed to include ALL the facts.
