$700
I went in for a , and afterwards immediately had my ear talked off about signing up for a membership!.I explained I didn't think I could afford it and was told that if I couldn't I could cancel at anytime".
So taking that into consideration I agreed to avoid anymore hassling|. When I got home and thought about it I realized the massage wasn't even that great and it wouldn't be worth it for me to go back,. I went in to cancel it and was told I couldn't because I was locked into a contract for 12 months! This is not how it was explained to me AT ALL!
I am extremely angry and diaappointed?. I do not want to waste on something I am not even going to use! I don't understand why they cannot cancel it.. I wouldn't have signed up if I were told the ;.
The staff were so manipulative and unhelpful/. They Do not care about customers concerns. 316c6fb

My frustration was that they indicated that it could be covered with by pre-tax dollars on my health care spending account. I've been seeing a chiropractor for 2 years, and my massages there have been covered. This was a bit cheaper so it seemed like a good choice. The problem is I need verification of the medical need from said chiropractor. On that note, my cost saving steps backfired. They really did push the availablity of using the HSA which now isn't available
