Went in for a massage, and afterwards immediately had my ear talked off about signing up for a membership.I explained I didn't think I could afford it and was told that if I couldn't I could cancel at anytime.

So taking that into consideration I agreed to avoid anymore hassling!. When I got home and thought about it I realized the massage wasn't even that great and it wouldnt be worth it for me to go back'. So I went in to cancel it and was told I couldn't because I was locked into a contract for 12 months:. This is not how it was explained to me AT ALL,.

I am extremely angry and diaappointed.. I do not want to waste money on something I am not even going to use:. I don't understand why they cannot cancel it".

The staff were ao manipulative and unhelpful!.Do not care about customers concerns. 304747f
