Purchased MJPlus advertised as "no computer needed!" BULL crao, Buyer beware, if you don't have internet service with a modem/router, you will not be able to use this device.The MJPlus MUST be connected to the internet router/modem!
Purchased unit on 12/11/12; I returned unit on 12/11/12 with appropriate "return authorization;" unit was received by MJ office 12/13/12; signed for as received by David Gross; NO REFUND to date on 2/03/13! Quick to charge credit cards but deaf & blind to the refunds.
Any buyer MUST read consumer complaints on this company and think long & hard whether its worth the problems/hassles dealing with this company. 2fab8cd

Since when did the internet, routers and modems become computers??? Honestly 1st Anonymous commenter? Magic jack plus really doesn't need a computer. Previous Magic jack devices required a usb port on your computer to be plugged into for it to work but the magic jack plus only requires a regular phone line and a wall outlet as your power source. Yes you do need high speed internet and a wifi router, but not a computer!
