Called customer service they had me do the same things over and over 5 times settings were ok tried different phones, cords, computers, uninstall, reinstall over 2 hours on line.They asked if I wanted a replacement, I said Yes and they wanted Me to pay for it horrible incompotent customer service I threw the Majickjack away.

will never use one again the money is not much it is just the idea of them making You jump through hoops over and over and over and over.If I had a customer sevice division like that I would fire them all, but I guess they are directed to screw the customer instead of make it right. 3051a6e

A BIG SCAM, I paid for long distance a fee of 10.00 dollars worth, half of the time you can not hear each other the other half after you finish dialing you wait for the other side to answer ,wait, wait and the time is running and you are charged for that period and the call is not completed with a connection.And they wont give me a refund for that lost time and as you are chatting your session expires because they dont want to continue.BIG BIG SCAM ARTISTS. Itried to cancel my next 4 years membership and the cahat is terminated, (as session expired)

it is true. not reliable at all. I use it for many years and it is a pain but to save on long distance calls to my brother in Canada I have no choice to use it. But I have to have a backup when I want to call him and it is not working. So I am using REBTEL the cheapest service I could find at 1.5c a minute to Canada. Using the REBTEL phone number (404 number - Georgia) I was able to reach my brother but paying a little. THIS MORNING MAGIC JACK GUYS FOUND OUT. Now they dont even allow me to call REBTEL to reach my brother when their system doesnt allow me to do so. They want me to buy minutes from them instead and I cannot reach REBTEL. So now I cannot call in Canada and cannot call my wife in Vietnam using magic Jack and Rebtel. Those crooks want me to pay 30c to call Vietnam instead of 5c with REBTEL. So now I have no choice to get rid of magicjack, use my cell to call Rebtel to call Vietnam. Like all communication companies in the US, they are so bad.
