i talked two 15 differnt tech and one top ten tech on my majeck jack pluse about the over heated majeck jack plus that it may burn down the house it worked fine then .on the computer or in the wall socket but now it dropes calles and just dial tone it ringes number but has dial tone same time but no connechtion is maid.

sttill dont woke anter two days hours of trying to get it to work today it maid three calls and droped two of them and hasent worked sence.. i paid for five year package and pluse the $ 109.00 and 89 dollers for the jack plus they hooked it up two the wrong ph number. had two pay $ 20 .00 to correct there mistack . i am not happy with or imprest with ther product and service .

the dam things juck cant use it its undependable . if your life was in danger and you need help that ph is not going to help you or your familys lives . its junt. total junk .

i went back to lan line service. do not recomend this product to eny one you love.
