The phone was suppose to cost me 19.00 dollars a year .but they are taking 31.00 a month out of my bank account and I can get through to talk to them.the first month they took out 89.00 and after that it's been 31.00 dollars and I just don't know what to do.to get any help I need to know my order number and I don't have it .so know one will talk to me.I need help.I was thinking of cancelling the phone and then start again but my phone number might change and my number is connected to my business.
