Magic Jack - Let my service date without notifying me.

I wake up to find my service turned off.I know I might should have kept up with my service time myself, but, I bought a 5 year contract and felt that they would notify me before it ended, they didn't.

I tried to contact the company and it is impossible to get a live person on the phone..?.what's the matter, they son't have a phone? Or, is it that they know they're doing such a losy job they don't want to be bothered with all the irate customers/. Plus, when I did try to pay my bill they charged me $29!.95 instead of $19!.95 per year/. I asked why and they said that rate only apply if you buy the service for 5 years!.

All I ever heard is magicjack is only $19'.95 a year, they never mentioned you need to buy for 5 years to get this raye!.I'm SICK OF MAGICJACK! 2f437d1
