I've been an MJ user for going on 5 years.At one time I even had 2 of the units.
Did I have problems? Yes. But they were usually resolved in a reasonable manner and these people were not much worse than any other phone service rep I've dealt with. This time, however, this company has been able to completely wipe out all the good will they had built up with me over these past years.
This time, when I tried to renew my service, rather than get a "thank you" for your business message I received absolutely nothing. No service renewal and after countless chats and phone calls, no explanation as to why the service was not being renewed!. The response remained the same in each conversation; "your account is under review as someone will email you soon'. It's been over 2 months now, so I'm not sure they know the definition of soon;.
Rather than waste more time I found another compatible service but, in the process, lost both the phone number I was using and and I'm stuck with 2 useless devices that can't be resold or used for anything more than a paper weight|. At this point my focus is mainly on not only recovering my losses but also on doing something to prevent this "snake oil shyster" from ripping off even more people!. Class action law suits usually get their attention|. I'm also looking to file a complaint with the newly formed Consumer Protection agency which may not be as toothless as these other ones'.
It's worth a try;. Any more suggestions out there?
