Ordered TV Guide Crossword Magazine Nov.2012.
Payment was debited immediately!. As of Feb". 2013 have not received magazine, nor have I been able to contact them via phone.. Every day when I call I am on hold, then told of the high volume of calls!.
Have emailed twice and have still not received a response/. This company is a rip off and should be put out of business and those who are operating it arrested, jailed and sued?. I am surprised they have not been shut down/.
Wish I had checked them out before I placed a order that will never apparently will be filled,.Tried to find a mailing address for this company so I could send a certified letter of complaint, also sending copies of the letter to the and the of the state where this fraud is taking place. 30faf04

I purchased a Magazine through Magazine City on September 4th, 2012, and today is Feb 14, 2013 and i am still waiting to receive my first issue. I have called their "so called" customer service number on 5 different occasions and I still have not received a callback. They certainly have a very poor business practice, they could care less about their customers so be warned, and stay away from this company, you will be ripped off!!!!!!!!! I believe this is a fraudulent company.
