ITS BEEN A fREAKING MONTH AND STILL CAN GET MY TRUCK. Aperently they are finished with it...but some there using becouse my bank that loan me the .....they say they have to take my truck bank for the check aproval....i told them that can pay the bill....and let me deal with the bank later.....but..keep coming up with escuses.....im really frustrated....and belive me...ive been giving a lot of time......I REALLY NEED IT TODAY TO go work i pull a trailer with it...i can loose my job if i dont have it today 311616f

This is legitimate. Your lien holder needs to sign the check. Apparently this truck is financed? I'm guessing your check was issued to you and the lien holder, or Maaco and the lien holder. Either way, your finance company wants to make sure the truck(their property) was repaired and you don't spend the money and bail on your payments. T
