Very poor experience with !
I went to repair my back bumper with .
I was suggested with a aftermarket bumper cos the original brand bumper is too expensive. I was promised that the aftermarket bumper will look exactly the same. However, this was my experience:
1. There is a very obvious open at the left part of the bumper, very noticeable. It looks like the bumper is not sealed well. The surface of the bumper is not even. It does not look like the same at all,which is totally different. they promised However, the manager doesn't want to do anything except ask us to change to the original bumper which will cost us more money and waste us more time;
2. I was told that the job can be completed by Friday, and i suggested to pick the car on Saturday. However, I was called later and told that the car won't be available by next Monday;
3. There was a very minor scratch on the left front, I was about to repair it as well with cost. The employee said they are going to do it for me for free as long as I gave her the job. However, when we pick up the car, nothing was done for the scratch at the front. We intended to repair te front part with cost. We had rather that she did not promised to do it for free. Now we have to repair the front scratch still with more time to put on this;

Anyhow, the back bumper is the majoy issue. It is such a poor job done.We were trying to talk to the manager to work on this but he kept threnting my husband and I that we can go for a lawsuit but it cost us more money and time.

I really disappointed with the experience with Maaco! It feels like my husband and I were tricked for a job ad front but they don't care about the quality of the job and just do threatening after their customer see a bod job done!

I won't suggest any of my friend to go for Maaco. It is a waste of money and time, and ! 31613bc
