Sure they will sell you material, but they won't back it!.I would recommend using a local company instead of this chain store'.

May cost you a bit more upfront - but could save you on the back end". If you order Bamboo know that some of the colors can be several shades lighter (so they say) but the fact is they won’t stand behind their product and offer a return or work with you in anyway.. Once they have your business they could care less/. All of the hardwood was consistent and the same color – except the bull nose for the steps|.

It is several shades lighter, enough that is sticks out like a sore thumb/. When I asked them about the product and the process to obtain the color it’s the same|.

So why the difference?I was blamed for not “checking” every piece prior to installation which I feel is obscured…. 2fd12fa

Lumber Liquidator's Customer Care department is not there to provide any help for the customer. In fact, they are the company's self-insured claim division responsible for denying all claims or issues that customer may have with their product. They are very rude, arrogant and uncustomer friendly. If you have any type of problem with your purchase and need some help with a return, misordered material, etc... do not call them and Beware when one of their associates says to call their customer Care department for help. You will get none!!
Do not do business with Lumber Liquidators, period!!!!

We back our materials every day in fact when it comes to transitional pieces we offer the greatest variety of styles, species, and attachments. Local stores do not possess the buying power to offer such a wide selection, so this limits your choices and our pricing model makes LL an attractive place to shop. If installed, we will not take it back, however we will exchange any uninstalled materials as noted on the invoice with special deals, or other clearly marked items such as odd lots being the exception. Bamboo can be lighter no matter where you shop so what you described is not an issue with LL, rather an expectation of certain bamboo choices, so ask questions and make an educated purchase that's right for you. Sorry to hear you had a problem and felt writing this type of review was the best way to seek satisfaction. I would suggest using the Customer Care number on your invoice to work with an associate to come up with a solution that works for you. We can help!
